2025 Ohio Regional Science Day Competition

This past Saturday, March 15th was 2025 Ohio Regional Science Day (formerly known as District Science Day) at Columbus State Community College. At this competition, students from all over Franklin county (and other surrounding counties) came together and presented their STEM projects at this science fair competition.

Horizon, led by Ms. Hicks, had 13 students from our school attend and present their project to judges. They were nervous and excited to present their projects. We are extremely proud of all of our students!!

Here are the results:

Please congratulate all of these students for competing when you see them around both buildings.

State Science Day Qualifiers

The following students received a "superior" ranking and means they are qualified to submit their project to State Science Day.

Please give these students extra congratulations. It is tough to receive a superior ranking at Ohio Regional Science Day due to them wanting the best projects to move on to States.
